Chiffrage de votre projet
Après notre premier rendez-vous ayant permis d’analyser vos besoins et envies, nous pourrons passer à l’étape du chiffrage. Si ce dernier vous correspond, nous lancerons la conception du plan, ainsi que la recherche du véhicule neuf ou d’occasion.
Conception du plan
Une fois la proposition validée et le véhicule sélectionné, notre bureau d’étude réalisera les plans de l’aménagement de votre van ou fourgon. Les délais varient selon les options sélectionnées, néanmoins, généralement de 7 à 15 jours.
Aménagement & Fabrication
L’agencement de votre véhicule se fait en plusieurs étapes. La première consiste à réduire les ponts thermiques en appliquant un isolant naturel sur l’ensemble de la carrosserie intérieure de type liège projeté couplé avec du coton recyclé ou du chanvre coton lin de chez BioFib Trio. Concernant l’habillage intérieur des murs de votre fourgon aménagé, il peut être en contreplaqué peuplier stratifié ou bien garni de vaigrage nautique, en bois ou lambris. Le mobilier pour sa part est en peuplier stratifié. Pour un aménagement complet prévoir un délai entre 1 et 2 mois.
Homologation VASP
Avant de pouvoir vous livrer votre fourgon ou van aménagé, Bimify doit soumettre votre véhicule à la DREAL. Il est important de prendre en compte les délais aléatoires proposés par les services d’états. Nous ne sommes donc pas en mesure de vous fournir une date précise d’homologation, ces retards ne peuvent ainsi être imputés à notre entreprise.
Livraison
Une fois l’homlogation validée, votre fourgon ou van aménagé peut enfin être livré (en atelier ou à domicile).
What types of equipment do you install in your vans and vans?
